PMO Lead

Overview

Join us as a PMO Lead and act as the strategic R&D project portfolio and innovation hub within Medela. In this role, you will drive portfolio governance, oversee end-to-end project delivery, and apply strong project management expertise to ensure successful outcomes. You will connect strategy with execution by building a PMO and driving projects from research through development to successful launch.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the innovation pipeline and drive R&D project portfolio alignment and prioritization, ensuring dependencies are captured and synergies exploited.
• Enable and support Project Managers and Project Teams by facilitating, leading, and coaching efficient and effective project execution, optimizing time to market.
• Set up the PMO, including governance frameworks, tools, and governance structures to build organizational project excellence.
