Job Title: Head – Project Head Department: Operations Reporting To: Managing Director/ Dotted Line to Chief Executive Officer Location: Faridabad(6days work from office) Role Summary The Project Head will be responsible for end-to-end execution and delivery of interior fit-out and turnkey projects across retail, commercial, hospitality, residential and corporate segments. The role involves leading project planning, execution, coordination, budgeting, vendor management, quality control, client management and team leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and as per design and quality standards. The position is critical for driving operational excellence, profitability, execution efficiency and customer satisfaction in a fast-scaling interior design organization with annual revenues of approximately ₹100 crores.
