Contributing to portfolio planning, prioritisation, resource allocation, financial management (budgeting/forecasting), and supporting governance reviews/assessments.

Applying predictive and diagnostic analytics, translating complex data into KPIs and trends (using tools like JIRA/Power BI), ensuring robust data quality/integrity, and promoting a data-driven performance culture.

Streamlining portfolio processes through automation, integration, standardisation, championing innovation, and continuously evolving the portfolio management framework.
