Opportunity Description
- Responsible for the tracking of project status and metrics.
- Assist in the consolidation and distribution of various reports.
- Project team members activities and Weekly and monthly progress of various projects and business activities.
- Responsible for the administration of the Project Portfolio Management tool (PPM) and templates.
- Responsible for project financials consolidation, distributing the previous month's actual spending to all Project Managers, once the information is received from the IT Finance team.
- Making sure the Project Managers update the irrespective Project Financial Tracker in time, and making sure the Project Managers update the Consolidate Timesheet for their respective projects.
- Making sure the Project Managers submit the Accruals for Hardware, Software, Professional Services (based on milestone payments), and Other Non-Recurring Costs (travel, training, etc.).
