**RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS**

+ High School Diploma or Equivalency
+ Valid Driver License and be able to drive an organization automobile/van
+ Act 33/34/73 Clearances
+ Pre-Employment Physical/TB
+ Pre-Employment Drug Screen
+ Must successfully pass Department of Public Welfare Medication Training within **90 days** of employment
+ **_A_** **_driver_** **_s' license is required along with the ability to operate a company vehicle/van._**

**WORK SCHEDULE** : (This is a Non-Exempt/hourly position)

Sunday 2:30-10pm

Monday 2:30-10pm

Tuesday 2:30-10pm

Wednesday 2:30-10pm

Thursday 2:30-10pm

Friday and Saturday off
