Poker Room Floor Manager - Full Time

Description Responsibilities Operational Management Supervise daily poker room operations, including game scheduling of dealers, supervisors, and game mix. Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies. Monitor game integrity and resolve disputes promptly and professionally. May act as Table Games Floor Manager within designated pits. Operate daily tournaments and other promotions. Customer Service Foster a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests. Address player concerns and inquiries with courtesy and efficiency. Compliance & Security Maintain strict adherence to gaming laws and internal security protocols. Work closely with surveillance and security teams to prevent fraud and ensure player safety.
