Opportunity Description
Role Overview
The primary objective of this role is to meet and exceed sales targets for both new and Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles (CPOV) while driving the adoption of Finance and Insurance (F-I) products, trade-ins, and accessories. Additionally, maintaining high Net Promoter Score (NPS) standards throughout the customer journey is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Achievement: Meet monthly sales targets for vehicle units by guiding customers through a structured “one offer” sales process.
- Trade-In Targets: Consistently achieve trade-in goals.
- Finance and Insurance (F-I) Sales: Meet monthly targets for F-I product sales.
- Customer Engagement: Encourage effective referrals to Showroom Managers to ensure 100% second-facing opportunities for enhanced customer interaction.
