The Policy Planning, Training, and Infrastructure (PTI) team sits at the center of T&S Policy, shaping how policy work is prioritized, executed, and scaled across the organization. Within PTI, Policy Planning plays a key role in shaping the strategic direction and driving operational excellence of T&S Policy—leading long‑term planning and designing scalable processes that improve day‑to‑day execution and support long‑term sustainability.

As a Policy Planning Manager, you will serve as a key driver of high‑impact initiatives across Policy and the broader Trust & Safety organization. You will bring structure and clarity to complex, ambiguous work, and partner directly with Executive stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions.
