Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Poling Operative to join our South Wales Team.

As a Poling Operative, you will be responsible for Installation and removal of poles, including dressing new poles covering the South Wales region.

This is an entry level Position and all training and accreditations will be provided. Training will be paid at a rate between £90 – £105 per day. Pay Rates will be discussed in further detail via telephone. Our Course will start on 13th April 2026.
