Opportunity Description
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm (37.5 hours)
Salary: £34,000 – £36,000 (p/a, dependant on experience)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of Poling.
You will be working in and around The Marches (South) area. Our aim is to provide first class services to our Client Openreach in its provision of installing telegraph poles and associated cabling works. With long term contracts within the industry we seek to employ a supervisor to carry out essential works in a busy environment to meet our clients expectations.
Your role will be varied as a supervisor, you will be part of a team endeavouring to find solutions and maintaining a level of service required by our client. It will be essential that you are trustworthy and can communicate information to the appropriate recipients.
