Polish-Speaking KS1 Support

We are working closely with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in South Bristol (BS4) that is looking for a dedicated Polish-speaking Learning Support Assistant to join their Key Stage 1 team.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support young learners who speak Polish at home, helping them build confidence, develop their English language skills, and feel fully included in school life. The school has a strong community focus and values the positive impact bilingual staff can have on pupils' learning, wellbeing, and sense of belonging.

Working alongside experienced teachers and support staff, you'll provide classroom support, deliver small-group and 1:1 interventions, and help pupils access learning both academically and socially. Your ability to communicate in Polish will play an important role in building trust, supporting understanding, and helping children thrive within the classroom environment.
