The Port Captain is a dual-role leadership and operational position responsible for overseeing the operational readiness, compliance, and performance of Harbor Breeze's marine operations, while also serving as an active vessel Captain on a scheduled basis (approximately 2–3 days per week). This role ensures all vessel activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with U.S. Coast Guard regulations.
