Overview
Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Porter helps to ensure the facility is properly cleaned, safe and sanitary for all residents, staff and visitors into the building. The Porter helps to complete work orders, minor building repairs and completes the cleaning of all vacant units within the regulatory time frame of four hours.

+ The Porter reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor regarding all janitorial and facility related issues; immediately reports any major building repairs, hazards, defects and/or supply needs to the Superintendent.
