POSITION: Porter (Full-Time, Non-Exempt)

COMPENSATION:

Pursuant to New York regulations, if this job is performed in New York, the salary range is $16 - $18 per hour plus bonus potential.

SUMMARY

As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the common areas of the property and apartments prior to move-in.
