Mission

Responsible for overseeing the CMVD products portfolio, managing a portfolio brand manager, and driving the strategic direction for the group of products. This role involves high‑level planning, market analysis, cross‑functional collaboration, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations to achieve business objectives.

Main Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop with the Brands Lead Manager the various Brand Plans, promotional campaigns, and materials (omnichannel), considering the strategic vision and roadmap for the products portfolio and aligning with the company’s overall business goals.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the team, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture.
