The Portfolio Head – Credit Cards is a key leadership opportunity to shape the future of Westpac’s Credit Cards portfolio across both Consumer Banking & Wealth (CBW) and Institutional & Business Banking (IBB). In this role, you’ll set the strategic direction and bring it to life, leading the delivery of a forward‑looking roadmap that drives measurable commercial outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on risk management and performance. You’ll be at the forefront of key initiatives, ensuring the portfolio remains competitive, innovative, and customer‑centric. You’ll also build strong relationships with industry and external partners, identifying opportunities, influencing outcomes, and strengthening Westpac’s market position.
