Portfolio & Innovation Lead

The Portfolio & Innovation Manager is the key strategic advisor of Portfolio strategy across brands and categories, identifying key growth and white space innovation opportunities. This role involves tracking and understanding global and local industry developments, competitor analytics and reporting, to transform the Heineken Beverages portfolio to meet ever-changing shifts in market or consumer demands and needs.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Insights and Management

• Business and Category strategy: Review and update the focused portfolio strategy Where to Play choices (markets, categories, growth platforms) and How to Win capability step changes, using the outputs of BWCP project, Polaris segmentation, consumer and shopper repertoire data as a key basis.
