Working Hours

Monday – Friday 08h30 – 17h00 / One weekend shift on a rotation basis will be required.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Manage a portfolio of Properties in a specific area.
2. Develop and grow a relationship on behalf of the Client with the owners of the actual properties.
3. Ensure Property Host maintain key performance standards at all times.
4. Onsite meetings with Property Host at the properties.
5. Training and implementation of SOPs with Property Hosts Manager.
6. Daily support and communication with Property Host & Property Owner.
7. Arrange, coordinate and oversee home maintenance when required.
8. Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with fellow regional team members and upper management team.
9. Scrutinise Owner statements for approval before statements are sent to owners.
