Your mission is to balance two key goals: delivering targeted investment into our highest‑need homes and executing a smart divestment strategy. You will ensure our assets provide both a high standard of living for tenants and long‑term financial value for the business.

As a Frontline Manager, you will lead a team of Portfolio Management Officers to oversee the end‑to‑end disposal process, from executive decision‑making to completion.

Acting as a Data Steward, you'll ensure all records are accurate and compliant while constructing compelling business cases to protect and enhance our future rental income.
