Role Overview:

The role involves managing the existing Mortgage portfolio, ensuring high customer retention, quality monitoring, and cross-sell while maintaining compliance and credit discipline.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and monitor the assigned Mortgage / Home Loan / LAP portfolio.


Conduct periodic portfolio reviews to track repayment behaviour and identify early warning signals.


Engage with customers for renewals, repayments, closures, and service-related issues.


Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections for portfolio health improvement.


Ensure adherence to compliance, audit norms, and timely documentation updates.
