Portfolio Operations Manager

In this role, the successful candidate will provide daily business support for front‑middle office applications, projects and workflow development that support CI’s compliance, portfolio management and portfolio operations functions.

Responsibilities

• Work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment to deliver high‑quality service.
• Develop strong proficiency with the investment applications used for trading and portfolio management, and provide day‑to‑day support focusing on continual improvement in dependability and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with compliance, portfolio managers, traders and operations to define the scope of new processes, projects and associated workflows.
• Assist in the implementation and support of the new middle‑office platform (ABOR, IBOR, PMAR).
• Establish, monitor and maintain high client satisfaction levels.
