About the Role

The Engineering & Construction (E&C) portfolio at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions is managed globally by two Level 2 Portfolio Owners: one responsible for the Americas and one for the Rest of the World. Both roles report directly to the Global Head of Engineering & Construction. As Portfolio Owner, Rest of World, you will shape and execute the global E&C portfolio strategy. You will drive profitable growth, set strategic underwriting priorities, and work closely with Market Units across France, Germany/Austria, BeNeLux/Nordics, Italy, Switzerland, UK/Ireland, Australia/New Zealand and Asia. You will ensure a consistent underwriting approach while aligning local execution with global objectives and governance standards – making this a truly international and high‑impact leadership role.
