Post-doctoral Fellow

Duties and Responsibilities

We seek a part-time, post-doctoral fellow to support a US Department of Education-funded project awarded to Loyola University Chicago intended to address the shortage of bilingual and bicultural school psychologists prepared to provide culturally relevant school-based mental health supports with P-12 students and their families. This is a one-year appointment with the possibility of renewal, contingent on funding. The majority of the work can be completed remotely with some tasks requiring the fellow to be in person at partner sites and on campus (e.g., data collection, school-based consultation, grant convenings). This project has three primary aims:

Recruit, retain, and mentor bilingual and bicultural graduate students in our NASP-approved M.Ed./Ed.S. Program in School Psychology,

Deliver and evaluate a school-based mental health workforce development program with youth in a community agency and
