Postdoc: Paleoclimatology & Millennial Tree-Ring Reconstructions

The Swiss Federal Institute for Forest, Snow and Landscape Research WSL is seeking a researcher for the SNFS RECONSPHERE project. This role focuses on analyzing inter-hemispheric temperature inconsistencies using advanced tree-ring chronologies to enhance our understanding of climate history and model projections.

Ideal candidates will hold a PhD in climatology or environmental sciences and have demonstrated analytical prowess in time-series analysis. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an international team environment are essential.
