Postdoctoral Fellow

Description

Applicants should have (i) a PhD degree related to Botany or Plant Genomics; (ii) knowledge of botany and taxonomy; and (iii) experience in botanical research and plant genomics.

The appointee will report duties in the Shiu-Ying Hu Herbarium of the School of Life Sciences. He/She will be responsible for (a) supporting the projects of botany and taxonomy; (b) conducting plant genomic research; and (c) implementing botanical educational programmes.

Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for one year, renewable subject to mutual agreement.
