The Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy is seeking a highly motivated Post‑Doctoral Research Fellow to work under Prof. Leong Ching on research related to behavioural public policy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in policy studies (preferably in behavioural policy), excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of conducting independent research.

• Conduct research, including literature reviews, data collection, and analysis
• Analyze and make policy recommendations based on study results
• Contribute to the development and implementation of research studies
