Job Purpose :

To lead the strategic direction and execution of product initiatives, ensuring alignment with company vision and market demands. This role is pivotal in driving high-impact, high-intent acquisition through physical channels, field sales, and partnerships, achieving business growth objectives by overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization, while fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Main Responsibilities :

• Manage offline channel and its campaign execution for acquisitions: direct channel, chain stores, sales force, others
• Manage and optimize offline acquisition funnel from driving traffic to offline store, ensure strong on ground execution until activation
• Ensure smooth onboarding & activation experience in offline channels to drive higher acquisition
