UCOL is looking for a values-driven individual to lead the development and delivery of our cultural competency framework, strengthening understanding, connection, and drive the enhancement of UCOL’s Māori cultural capability and capacity as a permanent-part time 0.5 FTE Pouahurea - He Kakano Rua (Cultural Competency Facilitator).

He Kākano Rua was created to encourage kaimahi to develop skills across the four key areas (Te Reo Māori, Tikanga Māori, Te Tiriti o Waitangi & Ako) and thus gain a greater confidence in their own cultural competency.
