Responsibilities:

  Design and deliver engaging internal training programs (technical, process-oriented, and competency-based),

  Develop and implement structured knowledge transfer initiatives across teams and experience levels,

  
  


• 
  

  Support cross-functional collaboration and capability building across departments,

  
  


• Full-time Business Operations Specialists
