**Position Overview**
We are hiring Production Workers to support operations in a fast-paced industrial facility. This role involves processing raw poultry byproducts, operating equipment, and ensuring production runs safely and efficiently.
This is a hands-on position in a heavy industrial environment with exposure to heat, noise, and strong odors.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery
+ Load and unload raw materials into processing systems
+ Perform general labor tasks including shoveling, lifting, and cleaning
+ Follow all safety procedures and company policies
+ Assist with routine maintenance and equipment checks
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area
+ Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
