Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Test Equipment, Jig & Facility Development
•Define technical specifications for test equipment, jigs, fixtures, and adapters used in component, system, and vehicle testing.
• Prepare procurement requirements and coordinate with internal maintenance teams and external suppliers for fabrication, installation, and commissioning.
• Manage equipment projects in terms of schedule, cost, performance validation, and acceptance testing. Test Planning & Coordination
• Develop and standardize validation plans, test procedures, and acceptance criteria for powertrain and vehicle systems.
• Coordinate test activities with design, analysis, production, and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
