Opportunity Description
Full Time Practice Clinical Supervisor, RN, Registered Nurse to manage a clinical area of along with other offices. Main work location will be Morristown, Parsippany, Mendham, Bridgewater and Warren. MUST have Cardiology experience
Days/ hours: Mon-Fri 9:00am -5:00pm
Principal Accountabilities of Clinical Supervisor, RN:
+ Provides direct patient care, which includes preparation for patient visit, assessment, advocating for patient, working in conjunction with physician with medications, and care plans
+ Supervises and provides guidance to Nurses and certified Medical Assistants
+ Conducts phone triaging
+ Oversees medication management
+ Educates patients and families, along with coordinating and participating in community education programs.
+ Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served.
