About the Role The overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the surgery. Leading the primary care services, to ensure that the practice meets regulatory and contractual standards whilst remaining financially viable. Providing solid leadership, based on a sound knowledge of business management, finance, planning and human resource management, including recruitment. Driving innovation and modernisation.
