**Key Expectations**
+ **Act as a working manager / manager of managers, accountable for overall team performance**
+ **Own end-to-end delivery across Operations and/or Technology ensuring client satisfaction**
+ **Drive client delivery, financial performance, quality, and risk management**
+ **Define measurable KPIs and build a sustainable delivery model**
+ **Lead resource strategy, demand–supply planning, and capacity optimization**
