**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
**Wage:** $34.31/hour

**About the Role:**
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Pre-Apprentice Lineman-Splicers. This position is designed to prepare you for entry into the Apprentice Lineman-Splicer Program, where you will gain the skills and technical knowledge needed to perform all aspects of line work safely and effectively.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Learn and practice the fundamentals of line work under the guidance of experienced Lineman-Splicers.
+ Use and maintain ropes, lines, and tools required for line work.
+ Perform ground work such as digging holes, setting poles, installing anchors, and handling materials and equipment.
+ Assist with framing poles and assembling/disassembling components including conductors, transformers, switches, cutouts, lightning arrestors, capacitors, and streetlights....
