Pre-Commissioning Supervisor

The CommissioningSupervisor, COS, executes the activities pertaining to the commissioningof an entire unit of the Plant. Operates in compliance with the qualityrequirements, health/environmental/safety regulations and following the stated procedures.
Dutiesand responsibilities
Lead and insist on strictadherence to Lock Out / Tag Out Procedures (LOTO), and policies; Assist in the developmentof scoped packages for identified pre-commissioning activities, based oncommissioning requirements and available systems; Assist with coordinationand management of system walk downs with particular regard todeficiencies and punch list prioritization; Perform constructionprocess assessments during system walk-downs and identify exceptions anddeficiencies; Perform commissioning andtesting of individual components, systems, and the station as a completeintegrated unit to meet all contractual obligations.
