Pre Contract Development Team Member

Working within the Framework Contract Team in SPD to support the operations of LIVE framework agreements and monitoring of all live frameworks. Ideally the candidate will have knowledge of Framework Agreements, SPEN Operations, ED2, Procurement processes, Legal Forms of Contract and working knowledge of SPEN SAP system. Quantity Surveyor type background would be of benefit and the ability to scrutinise and report on LIVE framework usage providing feedback.

The team work across all of the many Service framework contracts in SPEN with an overall portfolio value in the region of £900m. The role is dynamic with issues arising on a daily basis and expected interaction with Contractors and all areas of the business, including operational staff, project managers and senior management.
