**Description:**

We are looking for an experienced Pre-opening Procurement Agent to support the opening of **Hyatt Place AlUla.**

**Hyatt Place AlUla** represents a significant milestone in Hyatt’s expansion across the region and will feature 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.

Your Role

As the Pre-opening Procurement Agent, you’ll support procurement activities during the hotel pre-opening phase and ensure timely sourcing and coordination of operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Support sourcing and purchasing of hotel operational supplies and equipment

· Coordinate with suppliers and follow up on quotations, orders, and deliveries
