Pre Sales Consultant Talent Domain Portuguese/ROW Market

At Factorial we're looking for a new Talent Consultant (Pre‑Sales) for the Portuguese/ROW Market to help us support and scale our Talent Management team to the next level. As part of the product team that transforms how companies manage their people, you'll lead product demos for key Talent deals, train and certify our sales team of 500+, and bridge the gap between sales, product and market insights.

What you’ll do

• Lead product demonstrations for our most important Talent deals, showing clients how our solutions help them and directly aiding sales closure.
• Train our sales team on products and sales skills, updating the training as the team’s performance and needs evolve.
• Connect sales and product teams, gathering feedback from sales about market needs and sharing insights with product to ensure a great fit for customers.
• Create a detailed training program to certify our sales team on how to sell our product, training over 500 people...
