What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years of experience in a related role.
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems & databases
• A working knowledge of Linux or Unix Operation systems, and associated programming languages and advanced PC skills in appropriate Microsoft Office programs required.
• Deep Data analytic skills.
• Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels up to & including C‑Suite, garnering a trusted advisor position
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical capabilities and analytical concepts using laymen's terms while articulating their value.
• Experience in the credit reporting, financial services, or direct marketing industry
• Knowledge of Customer Loan Origination systems is an asset.
