We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to provide technical consultation, solution support, and customer guidance in cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, and container platforms. This role works closely with customers, sales teams, and internal technical teams to deliver effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site technical guidance and product training during product trials and implementation.
Troubleshoot customer technical issues and act as the key technical bridge between clients and internal teams.
Partner with the sales team to identify business opportunities and provide pre-sales technical support.
Prepare technical proposals, bids, test reports, implementation plans, and other technical documentation.
Gather customer and market requirements and provide feedback to product and R&D teams.
