Responsibilities
- Log every incoming lead across portals, ads, referrals, and walk‑ins within minutes, capturing source, budget, project interest, and urgency in the CRM.
- Proactively reach out to outgoing database leads, past inquiries, cold leads, and old contacts to re‑engage interest and confirm updated requirements.
- Quickly assess budget, location preference, property type (off‑plan ready), purpose (investment/end‑use), and timeline; filter out unserious inquiries before passing to brokers.
- Pitch the value of a meeting and secure a confirmed date/time for a call, site visit, or office consultation; coordinate the broker’s calendar.
- Maintain consistent follow‑up via call, WhatsApp, and email for warm leads not yet ready, sharing brochures and payment plans to keep them engaged.
