About The Role: We are looking for a Solution Engineer to handle Secure Power Solution in Japan. Main activities of this role are to provide technical support of our Physical Infrastructure Solutions for prospective clients, related vendors, and Schneider partners in the pre-sales stage. The Solution Engineer actively participates in customer projects to provide suitable Schneider solutions to clients and assist them from a technical aspect. What will you do? Provide technical sales assistance to Account Managers including site visits, understanding customer requirements, and adjusting or proposing system specifications. Primarily focus activities on our UPS, Cooling, Rack, Management products for Datacenter space. Identify customer requirements and provide technical support, including proposals and designs in the pre-sales stages.
