Precision Asphalt Screed Operator

Coinford Ltd is seeking an experienced Tarmac Screwman for a busy Machine Lay Gang in the Ashford, Kent Region. In this role, you will control the screed on the asphalt paver, ensuring the depth, width, and finish of laid materials meet project specifications.

The ideal candidate will possess a valid CSCS Card and have proven experience in asphalt paving operations. We offer competitive rates of pay and opportunities for further training and development.
