Preconstruction Executive

**Position Summary**

The Preconstruction Executive is responsible for providing the leadership and support necessary to successfully grow Southland Industries’ business in revenue and operating income.  This role will drive growth through new customer acquisition, as well as identify opportunities which derive from the existing customer base. 

**Position Details**

+ Markets by understanding the relationship of cash flow and overhead and by utilizing that knowledge to sell the work at the right price. Maximizes profits in order to exceed corporate financial goals by knowing costs, being aware of all value engineering, scope changes and change order opportunities. Pursues and secures those opportunities as well as by building all projects at or below the estimated costs and by collecting monies owed in a timely fashion.
