Preconstruction Manager - Electrical

**Position Summary**

Obtain new electrical work for Brandt by establishing and maintaining effective contact with existing accounts and potential buyers of electrical construction services. Manage potential projects from conception through to signed contract and start of construction.

**Position Details**

+ Create and maintain positive working relationships with assigned accounts. Reinforce Brandt’s reputation as a reputable provider and valuable partner for electrical services.
+ Facilitate the development of a business plan, including methods, contact personnel and short and long-term goals regarding new work, contract negotiations, and future work potential.
+ Meet with new and existing client management, staff and supervisory personnel to explain Brandt’s character, policies, skills, resources, and capabilities.
