This role is ideal for someone who has built their career as a Senior Project Manager within residential construction and is now looking to transition into a more office focused, design led position while still drawing on their deep site experience.

The Role

You will take ownership of the pre‑construction phase across a portfolio of residential schemes, ensuring each project is fully coordinated, cost effective, and ready for seamless delivery.
