Preconstruction Manager

• Perform all management and leadership responsibilities and responsibilities associated with the Preconstruction and Estimating departments.


• You will motivate, coach, and manage the employees in the department.
• You will be responsible for customer satisfaction.
• The internal and external function is to deliver pre-construction projects.
• Maintain and expedite pre-construction practices and services for all teams on projects assigned.
• You will deliver the preconstruction services to clients from the time we're hired or awarded a project until a GMP is signed and construction starts.
