Premises Manager - (Meadowbrook SEN School - Long Eaton)

Horizon Care and Education have an exciting opportunity for a Premises Manager to be based at our Meadowbrook School located in Long Eaton, Nottingham. The school is a brand-new, independent specialist day school providing high‑quality education for up to 80 pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism. Refurbishment is currently underway with completion scheduled for late Summer.

Profile

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the school site and vehicles
• Completing maintenance tasks and compliance checks
• Ensuring the site remains safe, clean and well‑maintained at all times
• Working independently across the site with daily/weekly tasks
• Utilizing handyman/maintenance skills for internal and external works
• Maintaining health & safety awareness and safe working practices
• Managing contractors while on site
• Opening and closing the site each day
