Opportunity Description
Equans is looking for a Premises Officer to join our team in Greenhouse Sports, 35 Cosway Street, NW1 5BT on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £30, - £35, per annum depending on skills and experience and benefits package.
Shift Pattern
13:00-22:00 - Monday to Friday
Please note an enhanced DBS is required for this position.
What will you deliver as a Premises officer.
To provide a focal point for the resolution of facilities requests reported either onsite or through the dedicated facilities management helpdesk. To ensure the satisfactory completion of any assigned tasks including installations, repairs, planned maintenance tasks and also general premises checks.
